  • 07Mentor and guide junior auditors, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the audit team.
  • 08Coordinate or direct development, energy assessment, engineering, or construction activities to ensure that wind project needs and objectives are met.
  • 09Manage wind project costs to stay within budget limits.
  • 10Lead or support negotiations involving tax agreements or abatements, power purchase agreements, land use, or interconnection agreements.
  • 11Create wind energy project plans, including project scope, goals, tasks, resources, schedules, costs, contingencies, or other project information.
  • 12Supervise the work of subcontractors or consultants to ensure quality and conformance to specifications or budgets.
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 9 to 12 years of experience in internal auditing, with a focus on real estate development or similar industries.
  • Proven experience in leading audit projects and developing audit plans.
  • Strong understanding of internal audit standards, risk management practices, and relevant regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with a detail

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership capabilities, with a proven ability to mentor and coach team members.
  • Proficient in audit software and tools, as well as MS Office Suite.
Preferred qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CIA, CPA) is preferred.
