Business Analyst

Key responsibilities
  • 01making Roadmap Planning: Collaborate with cross
  • 02Collaborate with the stakeholders to identify and prioritize the business needs, scope of work, and requirements.
  • 03Write clear and complete, internal and external documentation such as business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, use cases, process flows, and user stories.
  • 04Effectively communicate requirements, key insights, and findings to cross
  • 05functional team members, management, and other stakeholders.
  • 06Monitor project status by performing a daily follow
  • 07up with the teams, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions.
  • 08Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
  • 09Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions.
  • 10Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather feedback, and ensure alignment between business objectives and project deliverables.
  • 11Create training materials, conduct user training sessions, and facilitate the transition to new processes, systems, or solutions.
  • 12: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business
Preferred qualifications
  • — Experience with Ground Support Equipment (GSE) or Material Handling Equipment maintenance is an advantage
  • — Must have at least 4+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or data analytics (incentives/sales performance preferred)
  • — Base SAS certified professional will be preferred
  • — solving skills. 4.Certification in Data Analyst/Data Science 5.Experience working in the Retails industry preferred high
  • — Specific Skills: Proficient YARDI knowledge (Property Management Software) desired but not mandatory Excellent understanding of Commercial & Retail Leasing Principles Well
