HR Business Partner

Supervise the daily activities of the HR team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient HR operations.

Implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.

Coordinate and manage performance management processes, guiding managers in conducting performance evaluations and facilitating employee development.

Oversee employee records maintenance, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Support training and development initiatives, identifying skills gaps and coordinating training programs.
