Key responsibilities
  • 01BGP), Dynamic Multipoint Virtual Private Networking (DMVPN), Multi
  • 02Protocol Label Switching (MPLS), Virtual Routing and Forwarding (VRF), and Quality of Service (QoS).
  • 03Identify problems and troubleshoot DMVPN phases 1
  • 04Perform regular system maintenance in support of IAVA vulnerabilities and CCRI compliance.
  • 05Perform capacity planning for communications networks carrying data, voice, and video.
  • 06Monitors availability and reliability of the WAN and supported infrastructure utilizing DX NetOps Spectrum, SolarWinds Orion and Cisco DNA Center.
  • 07Ensure that all managed technologies are compliant with current DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs).
  • 08Assist with identifying and investigating malicious network activity.
  • 09Create, update, and maintain detailed network diagrams.
  • 10Create and track network issues/requests using the ServiceNow ticketing system.
  • 11Performs other duties and assignments as required.
Required qualifications

  • — Education / Certifications:
  • — year related experience can be substituted for one year of education if the degree is required.
  • — Associates Degree or equivalent experience preferably in Computer Science or MIS, IS, Engineering or related field.
