Key responsibilities
  • 01Prepare SoW specifications and tender documentation for asset maintenance and operational requirements.
  • 02Prepare routine maintenance schedules and checklists in coordination with contractors.
  • 03Manage daily operations and workload for the maintenance team to ensure effective and efficient service delivery, including planning and resourcing PPM and maintenance shutdowns.
  • 04Oversee procurement processes for required materials and ensure the most competitive quotations are obtained through the Company’s procurement procedures.
  • 05Identify and analyze potential issues within existing mechanical and electrical systems and recommend solutions.
  • 06Oversee the installation, operation, and maintenance of assets to ensure equipment is installed and functioning as per specifications.
  • 07Review and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and reports submitted by contractors.
  • 08Specify system components or direct modifications to ensure conformity with engineering designs and performance requirements.
  • 09Educational Qualifications
  • 10Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related technical field.
  • 11Technical Competencies
  • 12Knowledge of the real estate industry and tower infrastructure.
