Required qualifications
  • What we need you to have:
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Computing, Engineering, Commerce, or Business Administration.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in professional business analysis.
  • A proven track record of supporting AI/ML project lifecycles, specifically in requirement documentation and UAT support.
  • Experience navigating regulatory compliance and data governance within a financial services environment.
  • Proven ability to convert vague business needs into precise technical metrics and performance benchmarks for AI systems.
  • Experience in model validation techniques and a strong understanding of how to detect anomalies or bias in AI behavior.
  • Expertise in maintaining detailed audit trails, versioning, and decision logic documentation for AI models.
