  • 08Analyze inventories to determine how to increase inventory turns, reduce waste, or optimize customer service.
  • 09Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers, vendors, or freight forwarders.
  • 10Analyze information about supplier performance or procurement program success.
  • 11Monitor suppliers' activities to assess performance in meeting quality or delivery requirements.
  • 12Design or implement supply chains that support business strategies adapted to changing market conditions, new business opportunities, or cost reduction strategies.
Required qualifications
  • border transport regulations in Saudi Arabia and GCC markets. Experience with strategic planning, budgeting, and operational KPIs. Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Must possess a valid U.S. Driver’s License
  • Must be able to meet all current USCENTCOM Deployment Policy Requirements, as outlined in the USCENTCOM APR 23 MOD EIGHTEEN TO USCENTCOM INDIVIDUAL AND INDIVIDUAL
  • UNIT DEPLOYMENT POLICY
  • Able to obtain and maintain a valid Residency Visa for Qatar
  • Must be able to work in extreme environmental conditions including dust and high temperatures.
  • Must be able to endure long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.
  • 100%, in deployed location.
