Key responsibilities
  • 01end recruitment process, from drafting job advertisements to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on
  • 02boarding candidates. * Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand the specific
  • 03Build a strong network of resources on LinkedIn and other platforms to ensure a continuous supply of candidates when needed
  • 04Create a Database of resumes
  • 05ordinate manpower planning in line with company expansion
  • 06Send purchase requests for Uniforms and accommodation items required for new joiners
  • 07Arrange with travel agencies for joining tickets, arrange for Airport pickup with our Drivers, and allocate the staff in the accommodation tracker
  • 08Submit documents of new joiners to L&D, Payroll, and Admin.
  • 09Conducting HR induction sessions for all new joiners
  • 10Submit recruitment invoices to Accounts for processing
  • 11Maintain Employment/Recruitment Tracker
  • 12Ensure all the vacancies are filled with suitable candidates within the agreed time frame and to the required standard as documented.
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Officer in a contracting company
  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast
  • paced environment and handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations Strong communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
