  • 02Strategic Workforce Planning:
  • 03Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
  • 04Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • 05Develop and implement business focused HR programs to improve business and people performance.
  • 06Review employee and organizational structures, apply organizational design principals to ensure the structure of the organization is optimized for performance.
  • 07Support ongoing learning, succession planning and development planning for your client group.
  • 08Regularly meet with key stakeholders to ensure that HR issued are identified and addressed.
  • 09Play a critical role in addressing major people issues that impact on business performance.
  • 10Ensure that adequate HR procedural controls are in place.
  • 11ordinate all activities of the HR team, leading coaching and developing direct reports and junior HR staff
  • 12Provide immediate solution or/and advice to employee issues & challenges.
Preferred qualifications
  • CP, PHR) preferred
  • Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred), with strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (Master’s preferred)
