  • 08As part of your role, your responsibilities will be inclusive of, but not limited to the following:
  • 09Manage the SVP’s complex calendar, travel, meetings, and prioritization of agenda to ensure strategic time allocation.
  • 10Serve as the primary liaison between the SVP, senior leadership, external partners, vendors, and cross functional teams.
  • 11Ensure strict confidentiality and professional judgment in handling sensitive information.
  • 12Prepare, review, and assemble executive level documentation including memos, presentations, reports, and briefing materials.
Required qualifications
  • — To be successful in this role, you will bring the following:
  • — Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent, with minimum 4 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, Project Coordinator, or similar role supporting senior leadership.
  • — Proven ability to manage complex calendars, competing priorities, and high
  • — volume workflows under strict timelines.
  • — Strong project coordination skills with the ability to track deliverables, follow up independently, and ensure timely execution.
  • — Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated experience interacting at senior leadership level.
  • — High attention to detail and strong ability to craft clear, well
  • — structured presentations, memos, and reports.
Preferred qualifications
  • — Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook); experience with project management tools (Power BI, Jira, or similar) is an advantage.
