  • 01Oversee and manage the day

  • 09Oversee tenant lifecycle management, including onboarding, renewals, compliance monitoring, and dispute resolution, safeguarding lease integrity and community standards.
  • 10Promote tenant satisfaction and retention initiatives, while escalating significant disputes or legal matters.
  • 11Coordinate with finance on rent collection follow
  • 12ups and provide regular updates on occupancy, tenant performance, and operational matters.
Required qualifications
  • — Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Property Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • — 10 years’ experience in property operations and tenant relations.
