  • 09Select qualified job applicants or refer them to managers, making hiring recommendations when appropriate.
  • 10Schedule or conduct new employee orientations.
  • 11Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluation forms.
