  • 05Handle a large amount of complex data, solve technical and statistical challenges, and drive business impact;
  • 06Design an indicator framework to measure the health status of the product, continuously track core indicators, and understand the root causes of indicator changes;
  • 07Promote the initiation of decisions based on data experiments, and rigorously measure the impact of product or technology changes;
  • 08Validate hypotheses, identify product growth opportunities, and influence the direction of improvement through analysis, experimentation, or other scientific methods;
  • 09Work with engineers and product stakeholders to provide product insights and strategies. Minimum Qualifications:
  • 10Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, econometrics, quantitative sociology, or a related scientific major, with more than 3 years of relevant work experience;
  • 11Professional knowledge in SQL and Python or R programming;
  • 12Strong analytical and causal reasoning skills, as well as a strict demand for statistical accuracy;
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, econometrics, quantitative sociology, or a related scientific major, with more than 3 years of relevant work experience;
  • Professional knowledge in SQL and Python or R programming;
  • Strong analytical and causal reasoning skills, as well as a strict demand for statistical accuracy;
