  • 07Complete contract forms, prepare change of address records, or issue service discontinuance orders, using computers.
  • 08Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.

  • College Diploma
  • OR Bachelor degree University graduate preferably with a Major in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or Information Technology (related field of study),
