Required qualifications
  • MBA in Business Administration, Management, or Corporate Governance (required).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Psychology, Corporate Secretary or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years supporting C
  • level executives in multinational or corporate environments.
  • Proven experience in corporate secretarial work, governance, compliance, or administrative management.
  • Experience managing board
  • level communication, minutes, and corporate records.
  • Strong background in executive support, project coordination, and office administration.
Preferred qualifications
  • Certification in corporate governance or secretarial practice is an advantage.
  • Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
