  • 09Upto 7 years PQE working as a corporate or commercial lawyer in a highly reputable private firm or large international company, with substantial experience dealing with foreign counterparties.
  • 10Strong English language skills, including the ability to negotiate, draft and review legal documents in English and to draft concise and relevant advice in English.
  • 11starting and able to manage projects to completion on schedule with minimal oversight.
  • 12Highly computer literate, particularly with regard to word processing, Power Point and online research.
