- 01will be inclusive of, but not limited to the following: Ensure full compliance of all times with safety and security regulations and procedures as per host state and company
- 02Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints.
- 03Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
- 04Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
- 05Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results or any planned adjustments.
- 06Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, or arrange for billing.
- 07Complete contract forms, prepare change of address records, or issue service discontinuance orders, using computers.
- 08Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
- — High School, Diploma, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with minimum 2 years of experience in customer service in logistics and air transportation industry.
- — Knowledge of cargo reservation, acceptance and handling processes.
- — Strong communication skills with excellent command of English (verbal and written)
- — Proficiency in MS Office tools with strong presentation and reporting skills.
- — A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast
