  • 07Monitor workforce metrics and HR KPIs to support business decisions for each division.
  • 08Coordinate training and development programs tailored to the needs of different divisions.
  • 09Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • 10Support management in organizational change, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • 11Lead, coach, and mentor HR team members across the group.
Required qualifications
  • 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in FMCG or multi
  • division operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in handling labor cases, employee grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

  • making abilities.
Preferred qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
