- 01Assist the Head Chef in managing all kitchen operations and daily food preparation.
- 02Supervise, support, and motivate the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and high performance.
- 03Lead by example in food preparation, cooking, and presentation across all kitchen sections.
- 04Contribute to the development and implementation of new dishes, specials, and menu items.
- 05Maintain strong stock control, assist with ordering, and manage inventory efficiently.
- 06Enforce and uphold food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards at all times.
- 07Support staff scheduling, shift planning, and labour management.
- 08Mentor and coach junior chefs to enhance their skills and career development.
- 09Take full responsibility for kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef when required.

- 11in a professional kitchen, including
- 12at least 3 years in a supervisory or senior chef role

المؤهلات المفضّلة
- — Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or a related field preferred.
- — Diploma from a reputable Hospitality Management / Culinary school preferred.
- — Additional certification(s) in Food & Beverage will be an advantage.
- — Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage.
- — Basic Computer Skills in MS Office, and Recipe Maintenance System is preferred.
