  • 01Social Media & Digital Management:
  • 02Manage all current and future social media accounts in compliance with company policies and brand standards.
  • 03Set up and manage company accounts across relevant digital platforms.
  • 04Manage company communication channels, including WhatsApp, email, and telephone, responding to customer queries promptly (within 24 hours).
  • 05Respond to messages, comments, inquiries, and concerns across all digital channels.
  • 06Campaign & Content Creation:
  • 075. Recommend creative approaches to enhance the brand’s image and visibility.
  • 086. Develop, execute, and manage social media and digital campaigns.
  • 097. Create engaging content, including posts, stories, videos, and graphics.

المؤهلات المطلوبة
  • — on experience in a social media role within a social media or creative agency , managing client social media accounts. Core Skills: Excellent hands
  • — Education & Experience:
  • — Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • — 3 years of hands
  • — on experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • — Understanding of social media marketing trends and their impact on business.
  • — Practical experience with digital platforms, content creation, and campaign execution.
