- 02Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- 03Strategy & Planning o Develop and implement a marketing strategy aligned with company growth goals. o Identify target markets, trends, and customer needs within the CX and staffing industries.
- 04Brand & Content to strengthen the company’s brand positioning across digital and offline channels. o Oversee the creation of engaging content (blogs, case studies, social media, campaigns).
- 05Digital Marketing to manage SEO, SEM, and paid media campaigns to increase visibility. o Drive lead generation through social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) and email campaigns.
- 06Campaigns & Events : Plan and execute marketing campaigns, industry events, and client engagement activities. o Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- 07Analytics & Reporting to monitor and analyze KPIs, ROI, and campaign effectiveness. o Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- 08Own marketing priorities for the Kuwait market Design and run full

- 10Marketing Strategy & Campaigns
