- 04Manage and organize all reservation channels (phone, online, and on
- 05Supervise the reservations team and provide ongoing training to enhance performance and service quality.
- 06Monitor resort occupancy and analyze reservation data to achieve revenue targets.
- 07Develop and implement marketing strategies and special offers to increase bookings and sales.
- 08Ensure accuracy of reservation information, room rates, and applicable policies.
- 09Handle guest complaints and resolve reservation
- 10related issues efficiently and professionally.
- 11Prepare daily and weekly reports on occupancy, revenue, and future bookings for management review.
- 12Coordinate with the Front Office and other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.
المؤهلات المطلوبة
- — Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field.
- — 5 years of experience in reservations management in luxury hotels or resorts, preferably in a similar environment.
- — Excellent knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera or Fidelio.
- — Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
- — Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
- — Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues efficiently.
