  • 01related operational and organizational aspects of the business, ensuring consistent, scalable, and high

  • 03Leading daily people operations across Saudi Arabia, the Middle East, and remote teams
  • 04Owning the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and employee transitions
  • 05Managing HR systems (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy, security, and effective system implementation
  • 06Executing payroll, bonuses, and compensation processes accurately and on time
  • 07Drafting, reviewing, and maintaining HR policies aligned with labor laws and business needs
  • 08Ensuring compliance with labor laws across all operating regions, especially Saudi Arabia
  • 09Driving continuous improvement of HR processes and operational efficiency
  • 10Owning and executing performance management cycles, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback processes
  • 11Supporting managers with performance conversations, development plans, and performance improvement actions
  • 12Partnering with leadership to ensure performance expectations are clear, fair, and aligned with business priorities
