- 03Conduct market research, customer surveys, and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the F&B sector.
- 04Collaborate with operations and sales teams to create promotional offers, events, and campaigns that drive footfall and revenue.
- 05Oversee branding, messaging, and communication to ensure consistency across all F&B platforms.
- 06Manage social media accounts, content creation, influencer collaborations, and public relations activities.
- 07Track campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize marketing strategies to improve ROI.
- 08Lead and mentor the marketing team, coordinating with external agencies or vendors as needed.
- 09Identify, develop, or evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.
- 10Formulate, direct, or coordinate marketing activities or policies to promote products or services, working with advertising or promotion managers.
- 11Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, or return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
- 12Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.
المؤهلات المطلوبة
- — Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- — 5 years of marketing experience in the F&B industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- — Strong knowledge of F&B marketing trends, customer preferences, and industry regulations.
- — Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and content marketing.
- — Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- — Creative mindset with the ability to design innovative campaigns that resonate with F&B consumers.
