  • 01Culinary Leadership & Operations Lead the daily kitchen operations for Arabic cuisine sections across multiple outlets. Ensure consistent preparation and presentation of high
  • 02effective menus and optimize ingredient usage to reduce waste. Collaborate with procurement to ensure quality sourcing of Arabic spices, meats, produce, and specialty ingredients. Guest
  • 03Set up the kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment, like knives, pans and kitchen scales
  • 04Study each recipe and gather all necessary ingredients
  • 05Cook food in a timely manner
  • 06Delegate tasks to kitchen staff
  • 07Inform wait staff about daily specials
  • 08Ensure appealing plate presentation
  • 09Supervise Cooks and assist as needed
  • 10Slightly modify recipes to meet customers needs and requests (e.g. reduce salt, remove dairy)
  • 11Check freshness of food and discard out
  • 12Experiment with recipes and suggest new ingredients
المؤهلات المطلوبة
  • — & Experience Experience Minimum 812 years of culinary experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef. Proven international experience in luxury hotels, fine
