- 01: Prepare architectural shop drawings, as
- 02built drawings, and BIM models Develop 2D/3D drawings for building, fit
- 03out, and joinery works Coordinate with MEP and structural teams, including clash detection Support documentation, material take
- 04offs, and drawing submissions
- 05Produce drawings, using computer-assisted drafting systems (CAD) or drafting machines, or by hand, using compasses, dividers, protractors, triangles, and other drafting devices.
- 06Draft plans and detailed drawings for structures, installations, and construction projects, such as highways, sewage disposal systems, and dikes, working from sketches or notes.
- 07Coordinate structural, electrical, and mechanical designs and determine a method of presentation to graphically represent building plans.
- 08Analyze building codes, by-laws, space and site requirements, and other technical documents and reports to determine their effect on architectural designs.
- 09Draw maps, diagrams, and profiles, using cross-sections and surveys, to represent elevations, topographical contours, subsurface formations, and structures.
- 10Lay out and plan interior room arrangements for commercial buildings, using computer-assisted drafting (CAD) equipment and software.
- 11Supervise and train other technologists, technicians, and drafters.
- 12Determine the order of work and method of presentation, such as orthographic or isometric drawing.

- — Experience working with Main Contracting construction projects
- — Good understanding of construction drawings and coordination
- — MEP Draftsman profiles will not be considered
- — : Proven experience in architectural drafting/BIM within Qatar Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, and Navisworks Experience in fit
- — Revit knowledge is an advantage
