- 01Required Qualifications & Skills
- 02: Support the development of concept, schematic, and detailed architectural designs for diverse project types. Produce high
- 03quality drawings, BIM models, visualizations, and presentations using industry
- 04Design & Documentation
- 05Prepare architectural design concepts, schematic designs, and detailed drawings
- 06Develop construction drawings, specifications, and material schedules
- 07Ensure designs comply with local building codes, standards, and project requirements
- 08BOQ & Quotation Support
- 09Prepare, review, and coordinate Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
- 10Assist in preparing cost estimates and quotation proposals
- 11Coordinate with QS and vendors for accurate quantity take
- 12Review contractor quotations and provide technical clarifications
المؤهلات المفضّلة
- — Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office (BIM experience preferred)
- — use projects preferred
- — out projects (Qatar experience preferred)
- — Knowledge of local building regulations and permitting processes is an advantage
- — SketchUp Qualifications: B.Arch. or M.Arch The achievement of a Professional registration of an internationally recognised institution i.e RIBA, AIA, LEED is highly desirable and a distinct advantage
