  • 01Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources to generate routine and ad
  • 02Develop and maintain dashboards, spreadsheets, and other reporting tools
  • 03Assist in the analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) and HR metrics
  • 04Identify data trends and discrepancies, providing basic insights and recommendations
  • 05Support senior analysts and HR teams with data requests and reporting needs
  • 06Ensure accuracy and consistency in data and reporting outputs
  • 07Collaborate with HR Business Partners to understand reporting requirements
  • 08Required Qualifications:
  • 09Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 10Strong systems, data modelling and statistical analysis background
  • 11Strong Excel skills (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, charts)
  • 12Familiarity with HR systems is a plus
