Warehouse Keeper

- 01In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
- 02Deliver on GSK Expectations.
- 03Control receiving activity of materials in the area of responsibility and ensure that all are matching with the PO and packing list.
- 04Store items according to its location and approval from QA.
- 05Issuance of materials to production according to work orders (MO & PO) & material requisition (MR).
- 06Maintain the records “entries” of stock as per the current transaction.
- 07Report any incoming or outgoing materials and finished goods discrepancies from any process made.
- 08To support implementation of Status labeling, GMP & Safety requirements during the department activities.
- 09Use of forklift and trolley to transport materials.
- 10Use of RF devices for any and all stock movement e.g. Transfer order confirmation, picking of pallets using individual's own login credentials.
- 11Issuance of GRN and the relevant records and deliver it to the owner department.
- 12To coordinate with QC for the sampling activities for material handling.
- — Transportation of materials to its exact location.
- — On time issuance and delivery of GRNs.
- — Accountable for individually identified risks and escalate to the line manager, where applicable develop risk mitigation plan and monitor the implementation plan.
- — Transportation is requiring a physical movements all the times including manual handling and handling of hazardous materials.
- — Cross contamination management SOP between all warehouse must be adhered in all times
- — Basic Qualifications:
