Key responsibilities
  • 01Manage tax and legal consulting projects in compliance with UAE legislation.
  • 02Support clients in establishing and running businesses in the UAE, including international structuring.
  • 03Provide consulting on company registration and corporate transactions.
  • 04Prepare commercial proposals and conduct business correspondence with clients.
  • 05Draft reviews of legislative changes in the UAE, deliver presentations, webinars, and organize events.
  • 06Liaise with external legal and tax advisors in the UAE and other jurisdictions.
  • 07Register and administer companies in the UAE: corporate resolutions, registry updates, reporting support.
  • 08Assist in obtaining Golden and other types of residence visas.
  • 09Interact with government authorities and free economic zones in the UAE.
  • 10term relationships with clients and offer tailored solutions to their business needs.
Required qualifications
  • 5 years of tax consulting experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of corporate services experience in the UAE.
  • English — Advanced (C1) or higher; experience preparing written legal/tax opinions in English.
  • Knowledge of principles and approaches in international taxation.
  • Knowledge of UAE tax legislation will be a plus.
  • Strong expertise in Russian tax law (corporate income tax, VAT).
  • High motivation to learn and master new regulations, including UAE and Middle East legislation.
Preferred qualifications
  • Higher education (Bachelor’s/Master’s); additional qualifications are an advantage.
  • Experience in adjacent fields at the intersection of law and economics is considered an advantage.
