  • 01The Supply Chain Coordinator will serve as a critical operational hub (SPOC) responsible for managing the complete end
  • 02Collaborate with Procurement to establish and maintain product codes.
  • 03Participate in gathering product details and ensure accurate documentation of all SKUs.
  • 04Serve as liaison between procurement and other departments to maintain product information accuracy. Operational (Core)
  • 05Manage incoming orders from domestic, inter
  • 06company, and export customers.
  • 07Validate and process customer orders ensuring accuracy in details, quantities, and delivery timelines.
  • 08Coordinate with suppliers to place purchase orders, negotiate delivery schedules, and track order status.
  • 09Arrange and monitor logistics, including transportation and regulatory compliance.
  • 10Prepare all shipment documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates, technical sheets) and coordinate with customs brokers. Operational (General)
  • 11Analyze historical sales and market trends to develop demand forecasts.
  • 12Monitor actual demand versus forecasts and adjust supply plans accordingly.
