Key responsibilities
  • 01Track progress across multiple real estate and construction projects to ensure on
  • 025+ years of program or project management
  • 03Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases.
  • 04Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration.
  • 05Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other.
  • 06Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers' needs and financial resources.
  • 07Confer with escrow companies, lenders, home inspectors, and pest control operators to ensure that terms and conditions of purchase agreements are met before closing dates.
  • 08Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
  • 09Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold to determine its competitive market price.
  • 10Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
  • 11Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
  • 12Contact previous clients for prospecting of referral business.

  • — Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
