  • 07Maintain accurate property records, prepare reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and maintenance activities.
  • 08Assist in budgeting and financial management related to property operations including expense tracking and reporting.
  • 09Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards related to property management.
  • 10Support the marketing and leasing efforts to maximize occupancy and revenue generation.
  • 11Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 12Proven experience in property management, preferably within residential or commercial real estate in the UAE.
