  • 01Position Title: Property Executive Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 5K AED all
  • 02inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A market leading property developer team in Dubai.
  • 03Assisting the Property Manager on follow ups and collection of rental payments form tenants, bank transfers when required and Accounts dept coordination.
  • 04Coordinating between property managers during project period and after project completion.
  • 05Following up between Admin team and Accounts team to ensure compliance with exit and renewal formalities SOP when tenants vacate and or renew.
  • 06Male, 35 years old and below
  • 07Must be good with organizing files, communication to tenants, handling disputes and basic legal matters
  • 08Fluent in speaking English and knows how to communicate with clients & managers via phone and email in a firm and friendly way
  • 09Must have a valid driver’s license or be currently taking driving lessons
  • 10Ensuring adherence to Fire & Health and Safety Regulations across the assigned maintenance company, ensuring high standards of upkeep
