Key responsibilities
  • 01Develop and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers
  • 02Source required materials and obtain the best possible pricing
  • 03Negotiate prices and commercial terms with suppliers
  • 04Prepare and issue quotations to clients as per company guidelines
  • 05Coordinate internally to ensure timely procurement and order processing ⸻ Eligibility /
  • 06Track the status of requisitions, contracts, and orders.
  • 07Perform buying duties when necessary.
  • 08Prepare purchase orders and send copies to suppliers and to departments originating requests.
  • 09Calculate costs of orders, and charge or forward invoices to appropriate accounts.
  • 10Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates to determine the best bid among potential suppliers.
  • 11Approve and pay bills.
  • 12Maintain knowledge of all organizational and governmental rules affecting purchases, and provide information about these rules to organization staff members and to vendors.
Required qualifications
  • Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills

  • Minimum qualification: 12th grade (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
