Key responsibilities
  • 01on training for client teams. Required Technical Expertise Hands
  • 02Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise network systems to ensure high availability, optimal performance, and security.
  • 03Provide proactive maintenance and incident resolution to maintain network stability.
  • 04Collaborate with internal and client teams to resolve escalations and implement approved network changes.
  • 05Participate in network change control processes and support 24/7 operations as required.
  • 06Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, procedures, and operational activities.
  • 07Implementation & Upgrades
  • 08Install and configure new products, applying performance optimization and security best practices.
  • 09Supervise and execute migrations of existing solutions, including required updates and upgrades.
  • 10Perform full implementations, proof
  • 11concepts (POCs), and provide necessary technical documentation.
  • 12Ensure smooth administration of systems to maintain service availability for authorized users.
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in network operations, support, and implementation roles.
  • Strong analytical, problem
  • solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Cisco certifications (CCNP, CCIE) are highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience in Managed Services environments is preferred.
