Key responsibilities
  • 01Minimum 15 years of mechanical maintenance experience in the oil and gas (onshore/offshore) or refinery or petrochemical chemical Industry.
  • 02Experience in planning and execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, Turnarounds, and shutdowns
  • 03on experience with static equipment such as pressure vessels, heat exchangers, pipelines, and storage tanks.
  • 04Extensive knowledge of rotating equipment, including pumps, compressors, turbines, and gearboxes.
  • 05Experience conducting and supervising inspections using NDT techniques (e.g., UT, RT, PT).
  • 06Familiarity with condition
  • 07based monitoring techniques (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis).
  • 08Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) for:
  • 09Proven ability to manage mechanical maintenance projects, including equipment overhauls and modifications.
  • 10Experience in reviewing engineering designs and specifications for compliance with standards.
  • 11Deep understanding of HSE regulations and industry standards (API, ASME, ISO).
  • 12Experience conducting risk assessments and participating in safety audits and incident investigations.
