Key responsibilities
  • 01Minimum 15 years of experience in instrumentation maintenance within the oil and gas (onshore/offshore) or refinery or petrochemical chemical Industry.
  • 02Experience in planning and execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, Turnarounds, and shutdowns
  • 03Extensive experience working with field instruments in hazardous environments (e.g., ATEX/IECEx compliance).
  • 04Proficient in maintaining and troubleshooting:
  • 05Flow meters, pressure transmitters, and temperature sensors.
  • 06Level sensors, control valves, and actuators.
  • 07Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems.
  • 08on experience with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) for:
  • 09depth experience with calibrating and testing field instrumentation to ensure operational accuracy.
  • 10Familiarity with using calibration tools and software.
  • 11Familiarity with reviewing instrumentation engineering drawings, P&IDs, and technical specifications.
  • 12Expertise in implementing safety practices and ensuring compliance with HSE regulations.
