Key responsibilities
  • 01Oversee daily operations and maintenance of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
  • 02Coordinate technicians and contractors for planned and reactive maintenance activities.
  • 03Understand and manage SLAs, KPIs, and asset lifecycle management.
  • 04Review and ensure implementation of preventive maintenance schedules.
  • 05Monitor system performance using BMS (Building Management System) and CMMS platforms.
  • 06Serve as the primary technical liaison between the facilities management team and the client’s representatives.
  • 07Attend regular client meetings to discuss maintenance activities, ongoing issues, and upcoming projects.
  • 08Provide timely updates, technical reports, and recommendations to clients.
  • 09Ensure client satisfaction by promptly addressing concerns and coordinating effective solutions.
  • 10Conduct site inspections and prepare technical reports, CAPA, and HSE reports; ensure compliance with safety standards and FM industry best practices.
  • 11Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • 12Minimum 5 years of hands

  • Inspecting machines and conducting routine maintenance

  • Experience in Plant control systems (PLC)
  • Experience in Industrial Automation
