Key responsibilities
  • 01end import process. Manage freight forwarders (Sea/Air/Land) to ensure cost
  • 02effective and timely shipments from international suppliers to UAE ports (Jebel Ali / Khalifa Port).
  • 03Customs & Compliance:
  • 04Handle all documentation for UAE Customs clearance. You must be familiar with HS Codes, duty rates, and exemption processes to avoid demurrage and delays.
  • 05Manage the Al Ain warehouse operations. Implement stock tracking systems to ensure optimal levels of engineering spares and trading materials.
  • 06Procurement Support:
  • 07Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to forecast demand and negotiate pricing/terms with international suppliers.
  • 08Logistics Coordination:
  • 09Organize local transportation for the movement of goods from ports to Al Ain and subsequent delivery to client sites across the UAE.
  • 10continuously monitor freight rates and logistics costs to improve the company’s margins.
Required qualifications
  • 10 years in Supply Chain or Logistics, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the
  • Trading, Construction, or Engineering
  • Local Knowledge:
  • Deep understanding of
