Key responsibilities
  • 01: Build, lead, and develop Ajax Systems’ international logistics team. Design, implement, and manage end
  • 02making across all logistics functions. Implement GTD principles to improve execution and prioritization. Drive and ensure a Continuous Improvement approach. Hard
  • 03Coordinate daily inbound and outbound logistics activities including receiving, storing, distributing, and shipping of goods and materials
  • 04Support inventory tracking and documentation across warehouses ensuring data accuracy and alignment with procurement and usage records
  • 05Collaborate with internal departments to ensure materials are delivered to the correct locations in a timely and efficient manner
  • 06Monitor vendor delivery performance and escalate delays or discrepancies to the Logistics Manager or Procurement team
  • 07Participate in physical inventory counts audits and reconciliations
  • 08Assist in preparing logistics related reports such as stock levels delivery schedules and consumption trends
  • 09Ensure compliance with all internal procedures safety regulations and relevant logistics standards
  • 10Coordinate with Finance for timely processing of logistics related invoices and payment documentation
  • 11Support in managing relationships with third party logistics providers including courier services and transport companies
  • 12Maintain accurate filing systems for delivery notes invoices purchase orders and logistics records
Required qualifications
  • 12 years Minimum Experiance
  • BS Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3 years of relevant experience in a similar leadership role
  • Understanding of logistics processes including receiving, warehousing, and distribution
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel (inventory tracking, reporting, etc.)
  • Familiarity with ERP systems or logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
  • Actualization & Fulfilment: Proficiency Level
  • Team Teamwork & Development: Proficiency Level
