Key responsibilities
  • 01Provides assistance to staff in accordance with the goals of the organizational
  • 02Conducts timely performance evaluations for each staff member.
  • 03Appoint suitable staff to all necessary clinic assignments.
  • 04Counsels employees and advises Head of Cluster of appropriate actions.
  • 05Makes staff schedule changes to adjust for patient acuity levels and adequate clinic coverage.
  • 06Advises and informs staff about implementation of Clinical Policies and Procedures.
  • 07Keeps the Head of Cluster and Clinic Manager informed of problems or personnel issues.
  • 08Promotes open and participative communication among staff.
  • 09Maintains a flexible schedule to be available to staff members.
  • 10Provides a climate in which staff can readily participate in change or innovations.
  • 11Plan and support the integration of new staff.
  • 12Responsible for new Employee Orientation, probation period and renewal Evaluation.
Required qualifications
  • Registered Nurse, Bachelor Degree in Nursing
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in dialysis
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as Head Nurse Assistant
  • Successfully passed a Hemodialysis Training Program
  • Certified in BCLS and preferably in ACLS
  • Certified and registered with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.
