  • 08Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to verify service delivery meets benchmarks
  • 09Implement continuous improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency
  • 10Ensure reliable emergency response protocols and business continuity planning Client Partnership & Account Management
  • 11Serve as senior client interface for major accounts, building trusted advisor relationships

Preferred qualifications
  • Master's degree in Engineering Management, Business Administration (MBA), or related field highly preferred Professional Experience
  • speaking candidates with established networks in Qatar's business and government sectors strongly preferred
  • Certified Facility Manager (CFM) from IFMA or Facility Management Professional (FMP) highly preferred
  • LEED Accredited Professional, Green Associate, or GSAS certification highly preferred
  • NEBOSH International General Certificate, IOSH Managing Safely, or equivalent highly preferred
