General Accountant

- 01ups, record keeping, routine reporting, and daily office support . QuickBooks preferred ; must be proficient in MS Excel/Word . Preference for candidates based in Umm Al Quwain or Ajman .
- 02Issuing & posting invoices using QuickBooks.
- 03Posting account transactions (Receivables, Payables & others) using QuickBooks.
- 04Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers and customers.
- 05Preparing monthly salaries through WPS.
- 06Prepares and processes electronic payments/cheque requisitions for monthly remittance deadlines.
- 07Oversee the levels of warehouse stock and place orders as needed.
- 08Perform tasks that may assigned from time to time including logistic duties.
- 09Maintain and manage general ledger accounts, ensuring timely and accurate journal entries.
- 10Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- 11Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- 12Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile other financial accounts.
- — Work experience as an Accountant is a must.

- — Advanced capability in using Excel and accounting packages.
