  • 01Manage and develop a team of Area Managers
  • 02Lead operational teams on a shift, deal with issues, and positively impact site performance

  • 09Direct or coordinate financial or budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, or increase efficiency.
  • 10Plan or direct activities, such as sales promotions, that require coordination with other department managers.
  • 11Perform personnel functions, such as selection, training, or evaluation.
  • 12Establish or implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, or procedures in conjunction with board members, organization officials, or staff members.
Required qualifications
  • Manage and develop a team of Area Managers
  • Lead operational teams on a shift, deal with issues, and positively impact site performance
  • Analyse shift performance against relevant business objectives, and put in place actions to improve our operational excellence
  • Work closely with other support teams, including HR, Finance, Health and Safety, and Security
  • 3+ years of employee and performance management experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
