- 02To provide supervision and leadership to Maintenance Technicians
- 03Conduct quality control inspections of all aspects of Facilities Management.
- 04To develop and deliver Preventive Maintenance programs
- 05Keeps the facility running efficiently by overseeing both personnel and equipment
- 06Monitor the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained.
- 07Oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.
- 08Oversee construction and renovation projects to improve efficiency and to ensure that facilities meet environmental, health, and security standards, and comply with government regulations.
