Key responsibilities
  • 01Perform safe and productive pre
  • 02commissioning, commissioning, operation and maintenance activities
  • 03Conduct precommissioning, commissioning, PMs, daily checks, testing such as loop testing, megger testing, PLC analysis, control panel and systems troubleshooting, panel programming
  • 04Clear understanding of Systems Completions, Punch List Management System
  • 05Provide feedback to supervisor to improve project performance & assist with completing PM reports & other documentation
  • 06Keep track of electrical equipment and instrumentation commissioning progress, performance, daily logs books, follow maintenance schedules and plans
  • 07Repair and troubleshoot, alternators, transmitters, flow meters, breakers, switch gear, switches, valves, control panels and motor systems
  • 08Respond to customer call outs and emergency requirements and develop customer relationships to further field service work
  • 09Support site leadership with spare parts management that includes inventory levels and counts, Min
  • 10Max, parts movement tracking
  • 11Assist with equipment and plant operations and troubleshooting
  • 12Comply with all Enerflex HR, Quality, HSE, and all the Company policies, procedures, processes, work instructions and guidelines
Required qualifications
  • Minimum Electrical Diploma or engineering certificate and HV certification
  • Minimum 7+ years experience in similar work environment. Precommissioning and Commissioning Experience is must
  • Commissioning and O&M of Waukesha, Caterpillar, Frick and Ariel compressors, be ready and willing to learn on new equipment
  • Hands on experience on PCS, ESD, F&G systems, Burner management system, turbotronic systems
  • Intermediate knowledge of PC tools as, and not limited to, Microsoft office MS Word and MS Excel
  • Able to read/understand P&ID and Wiring schematics including single line diagrams
  • Able to work under pressure and with the team in developing improved work processes for the department
  • Motivated, organized, strong problem
