- 11Develop and maintain logs for notices of claims, claim submissions, all amendments to all construction contracts and all other types of notices and correspondence.
- 12Coordinate with the Project Manager to lead the process for the appropriate response to any Contractor’s notices and claims, and advise the Employer with draft responses/determinations.
