  • 01Communicate and enforce all corporate and hotel policies, procedures, and standard operating practices to colleagues.
  • 02Ensure all business activities comply with MOHG Code of Conduct, laws, and regulations.
  • 03Fully support the Mandarin Oriental, Muscat People & Culture Strategic Policy and all learning and development initiatives.
  • 04Maintain a complete Training Matrix and Job Description/Specification Matrix for your division.
  • 05Prioritize colleague career path development and document in the MO Profile online system.
  • 06Hold monthly meetings with teams to address concerns and share departmental and hotel information.
  • 07Safeguard confidential guest, customer, and colleague information.
  • 08Adhere to Safe, Sound, and Sustainable policies and MOHG Social Media Policy.
  • 09tolerance environment for harassment or discrimination.
  • 10Act as a hotel ambassador and perform additional duties as required.
  • 11Supervises the Marketing Communications and Revenue Director to prepare the annual budget and implement the Annual Marketing Plan.
