Key responsibilities
  • 01Provides direct patient care utilizing the nursing process within established hospital, divisional and unit specific policies and procedures, standards, protocol.
  • 02Establishes priorities of care, nursing actions and desired outcome in clinical care for all patients.
  • 03Works within the policy of homecare to deliver the mission, vision and core values of the organization.
  • 04Assumes responsibility in delivering quality, nursing care and advocacy for patient’s welfare through demonstration of evidence
  • 05Performs nursing duties within clinical scope of practice and professional code of conduct as directed by Nursing Administration, DOH PQR and UAE Nursing Norms.
  • 06Demonstrate high level of infection prevention knowledge and actions in the Homecare setting and reports any issue according to PHS policy and infection framework.
  • 07Document all assessment, interventions and other necessary information in the patient’s medical records according to Pyramids Health Services policy and international standards of documentation.
  • 08Assumes personal and professional responsibility towards initial and annual completion of clinical competencies and registration license.
  • 09Demonstrate direct and appropriate action in urgent and emergency situations and demonstrate ability for decision making and leadership.
  • 10Attends /performs educational presentations, training and seminars as required by the nursing administration.
  • 11Responsible to complete tasks given by the line manager as, and when required.
  • 12Provides assistance to staff in accordance with the goals of the organizational
Required qualifications
  • DOH/HAAD Registered Nurse License Holder or Passer
  • Freshers or new passers of HAAD from their home country are welcome to apply
  • Willing to work in a homecare facility in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, UAE
  • Preference will be given to those who possess homecare experience
  • Registered Nurse, Bachelor Degree in Nursing
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in dialysis
  • Successfully passed a Hemodialysis Training Program
  • Certified in BCLS and preferably in ACLS
